[摘要] 克唑替尼是目前治疗非小细胞肺癌的有效药物，研究发现其能抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤的侵袭与转移。克唑替尼抗肿瘤作用涉及间变淋巴瘤激酶、HGF/c-MET信号通路、原癌基因蛋白酪氨酸激酶、Bim凋亡基因、雷帕霉素靶蛋白、低氧诱导因子1等，近年临床治疗中发现克唑替尼出现耐药情况，未来对其抗肿瘤作用及耐药机制仍需进一步深入研究。
