[摘要] 目的 通过分析我院住院新生儿死亡原因，探讨降低住院新生儿死亡率的有效措施。 方法 对我院2010年 1月～2014年12月住院新生儿死亡情况进行回顾性分析。 结果 2010年1月～2014年12月共收治新生儿17 220例，死亡235例，死亡率13.65‰。男女比例为2∶1，早产儿占死亡新生儿的61.7%，其中极低出生体重儿占38.3%，早期新生儿死亡占71.1%。住院新生儿死亡的主要原因前4位包括重度窒息(18.7%)、先天畸形(17.9%)、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(17.0%)、颅内出血(8.9%)。先天畸形是足月儿死亡的首位原因，新生儿呼吸窘迫综合症是早产儿死亡的首位原因。 结论 做好孕期保健和胎儿监测工作，加强产儿科合作，减少重度窒息、先天畸形、早产的发生，是减少新生儿死亡的主要措施。
