生血宁片在肾性贫血治疗中改善铁代谢的临床研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察生血宁片在肾性贫血治疗中改善患者铁代谢、提高血红蛋白达标率的临床疗效。 方法 选取2015年1～12月在我科住院的40例同时合并有肾性贫血、铁过载(血清铁蛋白SF≥500 μg/L)的血液透析患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，治疗组(n=20)：口服生血宁片，1日3次，每次4片，对照组(n=20)：仅使用EPO纠正贫血。持续进行16周的治疗，每间隔4周观察患者下列指标：血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TSAT)。 结果 治疗16周后，治疗组患者治疗后Hb为(113.26±19.77)g/L，与对照组治疗后及治疗组治疗前比较均明显上升(P<0.05)，但SF无明显改善，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 生血宁片在肾性贫血治疗过程中不能完全纠正患者铁过载状态(血清铁蛋白SF≥500 μg/L)，但能改善患者铁代谢状态，提高血红蛋白达标率。
