分片分段责任制法在病区6S管理中的应用(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究分片分段责任制法应用于病区6S管理中的效果。 方法 将2015年8～12月常规的病区6S管理方法作为对照组，将2016年1～5月应用分片分段责任制法的病区6S管理方法作为研究组，比较两组本病区护士执行的病区环境清洁完成率和达标率，每月采用专人专日实地查看的形式，再根据病房管理质量评分标准表对病区护士进行评分，并进行数据比较。 结果 将前后5个月本病区护士执行的病区环境清洁完成率和达标率进行比较，研究组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 分片分段责任制法在病区6S管理中能有效改善病区环境，更好地促进病区6S管理的开展。

Application of fragmented management responsibility system in wards 6S management

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of fragmented management responsibility system in wards 6S management. Methods The conventional wards 6S management method from August to December 2015 was used as the control group， and the the wards 6S management method with the application of fragmented responsibility system from January to May 2016 as the study group. The ward environmental clean completion rate and compliance rate of the two groups nurses in this ward were compared. The form of on-site inspection of special post was used monthly， and then ward nurses were scored according to ward management quality score standard table， finally the obtained data were compared with each other. Results The first 5 months and the last 5 months of the completion rates and compliance rates of the wards clean environment implemented by nurses in the ward were compared， and the study group was superior to the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The fragmented management responsibility system can effectively improve the ward environment in wards 6S management and better promote the management of wards 6S.

6S管理即6S現代企业管理模式[1]，起源日本的5S企业管理法[2]，是通过规范现场、现物，营造一目了然的环境， 培养员工良好的工作习惯，其最终目的是提升人的品质。其作用是：提高效率，保证质量，使工作环境整洁有序，预防为主，保证安全[3]。6S管理法作为一种广泛应用的现代化管理方法，不仅仅适用于企业的管理， 并于近年引入到医院管理当中，对医院外树形象、内强素质、提高质量、确保安全，提升综合管理水平和竞争能力起到了积极作用[4]。同时也是现代化医院管理的基础与关键，其核心的要求是员工素质的提升，也是医院可持续发展的本质[5]。6S管理法包含整理(Seiri)、清扫(Seico)、清洁(Seiketsu)、整顿(Seiton)、素养(Shitsuke)、安全(Safety)6项内容[6]。它是现代化医院管理的基础和关键，具有广泛性、潜隐性、持久性、直观性、全员性的特点[7]。环境管理是6S管理的中间重要环节，起着承接各环节的作用，本研究从2015年8月实施6S管理法对病区进行管理后，病区的环境面貌较前有不少改善，但在环境管理的各个细节上，特别是实施环境整洁时仍有不少缺陷，为了改善这个局面，更好地完善病区的6S管理，从2016年1月起，本病区采用分片分段责任制法，即：将治疗室、换药室、护士站、护士办公室、储藏室、无菌储藏室、病房等进行区域划分，白天落实到各个班次包干负责，晚上由值班护士管理的方法。实施这种方法后，本病区环境清洁完成率和达标率有显著改善，有效保证了6S管理在病区的顺利开展，两者相辅相成，共同促进了病区现代化管理，现报道如下。 (邵红 徐军)
