[摘要] 目的 讨论阿加曲班对急性脑梗死的临床效果。 方法 选取我院2015年2月～2016年7月收治的54例急性脑梗死患者进行观察，分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者实施常规的阿司匹林治疗，观察组实施阿加曲班治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的治疗效果以及两组患者CSS、BI评分情况。 结果 观察组患者的有效率为96.30%，明显高于对照组的81.48%；治疗后两组的神经功能以及日常生活功能均有不同程度改善，观察组CSS、BI评分好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者在不良反应方面无差异。 结论 阿加曲班治疗可以有效地提高急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果，提升患者的生活质量，保障患者的生命安全，具有非常重要的意义。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Argatroban on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 54 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from February 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study.
