优质护理对白血病患者化疗负面情绪和治疗依从性的积极作用分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析優质护理在改善白血病化疗患者的负面情绪和提高治疗依从性方面的积极作用。方法 选择2015年1～12月期间我院收治的80例白血病患者为研究对象，均接受化学放疗方案治疗，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，其中对照组患者给予常规的化疗护理方案，包括规律作息、病情观察、饮食指导、治疗护理等。观察组患者给予优质护理措施，比较两组患者的负面情绪改善情况及治疗依从性，其中负面情绪以SAS(焦虑自评量表)与SDS(抑郁自评量表)评价，治疗依从性评价包括SCL-90(症状自评量表)、遵医嘱率、护理配合度等项目。结果 观察组护理后SAS评分(41.5±4.9)分、SDS评分(40.5±2.5)分均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组SCL-90症状评价中各项因子得分均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组谨遵医嘱比例45.00%、配合护理比例52.50%明显高于对照组，且不依从比例2.50%明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对白血病患者化疗期间应用优质护理措施，可以显著改善焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪，帮助患者克服心理障碍，提高治疗依从性，保证化疗的顺利进行，值得推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the positive effect of high-quality nursing in improving the negative mood and compliance of treatment of patients with leukemia chemotherapy. Methods A total of 80 patients with leukemia admitted in our hospital from January to December 2015 were enrolled in this study. They were all treated with chemical radiotherapy and randomly divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40). The control group was given routine chemotherapy care program， including regular work and rest， disease observation， diet guidance， treatment nursing and so on. The patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing measures. The improvement of negative emotions and the level of treatment compliance between the two groups were observed. The negative emotions were evaluated by SAS (self-rating anxiety scale) and SDS (depression self-rating scale). Evaluation of treatment compliance included SCL-90(symptom self-rating scale)， compliance rate， nursing coordination degree and other items. Results The SAS score(41.5±4.9) and SDS score(40.5±2.5) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). The scores of various factors in SCL-90 symptom evaluation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the difference was significant(P<0.01). The ratio of following the doctor's advice was 45.00% and the proportion of coordination degree was 52.50% in the observation group， significantly higher than those in the control group. And the proportion of non-compliance was 2.50% in the observation group， lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing measures during chemotherapy in leukemia patients can significantly improve the negative emotions including anxiety and depression， which helps patients overcome psychological disorder， improves treatment compliance and ensures the smooth progress of chemotherapy， and is worthy of promotion., 百拇医药(吴奕芬 陶晓虹)
