[摘要] 目的 探讨关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床效果。 方法 选择2015年1～12月70例患者纳入本研究，患者均接受关节镜微创手术治疗，觀察患者治疗前后的疼痛评分以及膝关节活动度情况、Lysholm、Tegner、IKDC评分。 结果 70例患者均顺利完成手术治疗，治疗后不同时间(治疗后1周、2周、4周)患者的疼痛VAS评分均显著低于手术前(P<0.05)。治疗后不同时间(治疗后1周、2周、4周)患者的膝关节活动度均显著大于手术前(P<0.05)，Lysholm、Tegner、IKDC评分均显著提高，治疗后1、2、4周上述三项评分均增加，各项评分均显著高于术前(P<0.05)。 结论 关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤效果确切。
