[摘要] 目的 综合分析异常妊娠大出血的护理方法。 方法 选取我院2014年6月～2016年11月收治的61例异常妊娠大出血患者作为研究对象，采取回顾性的研究方法分析61例异常妊娠大出血患者的临床急救结果及相关护理措施，从中找出最为理想的急救和护理方案。 结果 61例异常妊娠大出血患者中阴道分娩4例(占6.56%)、剖宫产17例(占27.87%)、完全流产40例(占65.57%)；新生儿存活率为31.15%(19/61)；入选患者均得到相关治疗后康复出院。 结论 通过对异常妊娠大出血患者采取积极有效的急救处理措施和相关护理方法等，能够有效改善患者的预后效果。
