[摘要] 目的 观察甲板回植法治疗甲床损伤的疗效。 方法 回顾我科自2014年2月～2017年1月期间，采用“塑料甲板”或原甲板回植治疗的外伤性甲床损伤患者50例，术后随访3～4个月，观察换药时敷料粘连情况、患者疼痛情况及指甲畸形情况。 结果 发现换药时甲床与敷料无粘连、患者疼痛轻微、甲床平整光滑、无一例甲床畸形及钩甲。 结论 甲板回植法可压迫止血，减少甲床与敷料粘连且换药时疼痛较轻，有利于甲床塑形，减少指甲畸形的发生。
