[摘要] 目的 探讨卵巢癌患者化疗间歇期血象监测情况的影响因素，并进行相关护理干预。 方法 自制调查问卷，于2014年8～12月对浙江省肿瘤医院妇瘤科165例卵巢癌患者进行调查，对结果进行统计分析，探讨卵巢癌患者化疗间歇期血象监测依从性及其相关影响因素，进行分析并干预。 结果 调查结果显示年龄、职业、家庭收入、医疗支付方式为卵巢化疗间隙血象监测依从性的主要影响因素。 结论 卵巢癌患者化疗间歇期血象监测存在一定程度的不依从性，影响因素明确，应针对危险因素实施相应干预措施，提高患者依从性，保证化疗的顺利进行。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the influencing factors of blood routine monitoring in patients with ovarian cancer during intermittent chemotherapy and to provide nursing interventions. Methods The questionnaire was self-made. A total of 165 ovarian cancer patients from the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in Zhejiang Provincial Tumor Hospital from August 2014 to December 2014 were surveyed.
