白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者的针对性护理干预价值探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者的针对性护理干预价值。 方法 选择2016年2月～2017年2月白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者100例，随机分为研究组和对照组，分别行针对性护理干预和常规护理。探讨组间患者护理后的干眼症状、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色、护理工作满意度(满意、较满意、不满意)、护理投诉发生率。 结果 研究组患者护理后的干眼症状、角膜荧光素染色和护理投诉发生率低于对照组，有统计学差异(P<0.05)；研究组患者护理后的泪膜破裂时间、护理工作满意度高于对照组，有统计学差异(P<0.05)。 结论 对白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者予以针对性护理干预，能够将患者的干眼症病程有效缩短，可以有效降低患者的术后干眼发病率，且患者易于接受该种护理模式，护理投诉发生率相对更低。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of targeted nursing intervention in patients with dry eye after cataract phacoemulsification. Methods A total of 100 patients with dry eye after phacoemulsification from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group， treated with specific nursing intervention and routine nursing respectively. The symptoms of dry eye， tear film rupture time， corneal fluorescein staining， nursing job satisfaction(satisfaction， relative satisfaction， dissatisfaction)and incidence rate of nursing complaints were observed. Results The dry eye symptoms， corneal fluorescein staining and the incidence of nursing complaints in the study group were lower than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The tear film rupture time and the nursing job satisfaction in the study group was higher than that of the control group after nursing， with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for patients with dry eye after phacoemulsification can effectively shorten the course of dry eye and reduce the incidence of postoperative dry eye， which is easy for patients to receive， and the incidence of complaints is relatively lower.

白內障是眼科疾病中发生率极高的临床病症，多种病因均会造成晶状体蛋白质变异，如老化、遗传、营养障碍等，严重病情患者甚至会致盲。在当前治疗领域中，白内障超声乳化术是治疗白内障的最为有效临床方式，有众多治疗优势，如切口小、恢复快且对患者所产生的损伤小，但是，也存在一定的应用局限性，如会在一定程度上影响患者眼泪膜的生理功能；干眼症又被称为干燥性角结膜炎，是一种泪膜、眼表组织发生不稳定的病变情况，是相对比较严重的临床并发症类型。本研究旨在探讨白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者的针对性护理干预价值，特将相关研究数据整理成文，现报道如下。, 百拇医药(刘新英 李桂华 王清)
