综合护理干预对小儿急性重症病毒性心肌炎治疗效果的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討综合护理干预对小儿急性重症病毒性心肌炎治疗效果的影响。 方法 选取2016年4月～2017年4月期间收治在我院的60例急性重症病毒性心肌炎患儿，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予患儿常规护理，观察组给予患儿综合护理，观察两组患儿的临床治疗效果及护理满意度。 结果 两组患儿在治疗的过程中，经过临床护理实施之后，观察组的临床治疗有效率为96.7%，对照组的治疗有效率83.3%，观察组的临床治疗效果明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患儿及家属在治疗的过程中，护理满意度为100.0%，而对照组为80.0%，观察组患儿及家属的护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。 结论 对急性重症病毒性心肌炎患儿临床治疗中实施综合护理干预，能够明显的有效缓解和改善患儿的临床症状，快速恢复患儿的疾病，提高患儿及家属对护理的满意度，值得临床广泛推行应用。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment effect of acute severe viral myocarditis in children

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment effect of severe acute viral myocarditis in children. Methods A total of 60 children with acute severe viral myocarditis who were admitted in our hospital from April 2016 two April 2017，and were randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing，the observation group was given comprehensive nursing interventions. The clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared and observed. Results In the course of treatment， after the implementation of clinical care，the clinical efficacy was 96.7% in the observation group and 83.3% in the control group. The clinical treatment effect in the observation group was significantly higher，the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05). During the treatment of children and their families， the nursing satisfaction in the observation groupwas 100.0%， while the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.0%. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher，there was a statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of children with acute severe viral myocarditis can obviously alleviate and improve the clinical symptom in children. It can make the children's disease recover more quickly and improve the satisfaction degree of children and their families，which is worthy of extensive application in clinic.
