总之，糖尿病患者予以认知行为干预效果肯定，不仅可提高其治疗依从性，有利于血糖达标，而且可延缓其认知功能下降的幅度，改善其认知功能。但本研究的病例数相对较少，且观察时间偏短，必要时应增加病例数或延长观察时间进行深入的研究探讨。
