[摘要] 目的 调查分析“三导向”人才培养模式下口腔医学生的职业认同感。 方法 调查对象选取齐齐哈尔医学院口腔医学专业本科各个年级学生150例作为调查对象，自行设计调查问卷，运用李克特5点量表，统计分析150例学生的职业认同感调查分析结果。 结果 男性和女性学生的职业认同感评分之间的差异不显著(P>0.05);一、四、五年级学生的职业认同感评分显著高于二年级、三年级(P<0.05);第一志愿学生的职业认同感评分均显著高于调剂学生(P<0.05)。 结论 口腔医学专业学生职业认同感受到年级、志愿、培养方式等方面的影响，对课程设置进行优化、将志愿录取生比例上调能够将学生的职业认同感提升。
