[摘要] 目的 探讨穴位按摩对减轻大肠癌术后化疗患者恶心、呕吐的效果。 方法 对42例实施FOLFOX6化疗方案的大肠癌术后患者化疗期间行内关穴和足三里穴位按摩，用中文版恶心呕吐干呕症状评估量表评估。 结果干预组随着穴位按摩的频次及时间的延长，恶心、呕吐、干呕的症状逐渐缓解减轻，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位按摩能有效地降低患者化疗后恶心、呕吐的发生频率，缩短经历时间及减轻症状的严重程度，增加患者的舒适度，可作为化疗时减轻恶心呕吐症状的有效辅助手段。
