护理安全管理模式在消毒供应室管理中的应用及其危险因素分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨护理安全管理模式在消毒供应中心管理中的应用及其危险因素。 方法 选取2017年4月～2018年4月我院消毒供应中心工作者52例，随机分为两组，对照组应用常规管理模式，研究组应用护理安全管理模式。结果 研究组发生不良情况率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生物、化学和物理危险因素均低于对照组;研究组满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 消毒供应中心管理中应用护理安全管理模式，可降低不良情况发生，提高护理质量，效果明显，值得在消毒供应中心管理中应用和推广。

Application of nursing safety management mode in disinfection supply room management and analysis of its risk factors

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application of nursing safety management mode in the management of disinfection supply center and its risk factors. Methods A total of 52 workers from our hospital's disinfection and supply center from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was asked to use the routine management model and the study group was asked to use the nursing safety management model. Results The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The biological， chemical and physical risk factors of the study group were lower than those of the control group. The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing safety management mode in the management of disinfection supply center can reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions， improve the quality of care， and has obvious effects. It is worthy of application and promotion in the management of disinfection supply center.

消毒供應中心在医院中十分重要，不仅是医院中的供应部门，还确保医疗用品和无菌药品的质量，同时消毒供应工作者还担负消毒、灭菌等重要职责，是避免发生医疗意外的重要前提。消毒供应中心和护理质量密切相关，与患者的生命安全有着密切的联系[1]。近几年，护理安全管理模式逐渐推行，消毒供应中心管理的理念也随之更改。我院在消毒供应中心管理过程中，应用护理安全管理模式进行干预，分析可能影响的危险因素，效果理想，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选取2017年4月～2018年4月我院消毒供应中心工作者52例，随机分为两组。对照组工作者26例，其中男13例，女13例，年龄25～30岁，平均(27.5±1.1)岁;研究组工作者26例，其中男11例，女15例，年龄26～31岁，平均(28.5±1.2)岁。纳入标准[2]：①消毒供应室在职人员;②配合本研究的人员。排除标准[3]：①供应物信息不全的临床操作;②实施护理安全管理模式以外的人员临床操作;③更换医务人员的人员临床操作等。两组工作者对本研究全部知情，一般资料比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性，我院伦理委员会已经批准。
1.2 方法
对照组工作者应用常规管理模式，主要是进行物品打包时，应该仔细检查物品规格和数量，进行清洗或灭菌时，为避免出现感染情况，应佩戴一定的防护装置，之后对其进行相应的分类。按照常规管理的流程对物品进行消毒、发放等操作，同时工作者在实施常规护理的过程中，应该严格遵守无菌操作。, 百拇医药(陈蔚茹)
