[摘要] 目的 按照自身对照法观察铺灸治疗强直性脊柱炎患者经的临床疗效。 方法 对我院针灸科2015年7月～2017年12月间门诊及住院就诊的60例强直性脊柱炎患者每周予铺灸治疗1次，共治疗8次。治疗前及治疗后进行相关指标检测，观察患者的BASDAI与BASFI评分、临床指标及实验室指标的变化。 结果 60例强直性脊柱炎患者经过治疗临床缓解6例(10.0%)，显效32例(53.3%)，有效15例(25.0%)，无效7例(11.67%)，总有效率为88.3%。治疗后与治疗前相比，患者VAS评分、晨僵时间、ESR、CRP及BASDAI与BASFI评分有显著性差异(P<0.01)，患者枕墙距无明显改善(P>0.05)。 结论 铺灸可显著改善强直性脊柱炎患者的临床症状，缓解疼痛，降低炎症指标，具有较好的临床疗效。
