    [摘要] 博士后队伍是科技创新的生力军，在醫院人才队伍体系建设中占有重要地位。我院自2017年12月正式成为中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)，为更好促进校院融合，开始探索联合培养博士后研究人员。本文从大学附属医院博士后科研工作站建设实践出发，在完善管理制度、创新培养形式、充实导师队伍方面进行探索，总结工作中遇到的实际问题，在优化博士后专业结构、合理安排在职博士后脱产时间及健全考核激励制度方面进行探讨。
