    [Abstract] Objective To explore the impacts of ginkgolides combined with butylphthalide on the therapeutic efficacy and neurological function in patients with large artery atherosclerotic ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 200 patients with large artery atherosclerotic ischemic stroke diagnosed in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.
