    [摘要] 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗脑卒中顽固性呃逆的疗效。 方法 选取本院2020年1月至2021年2月收治的脑卒中顽固性呃逆患者76例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组实施西医治疗，观察组实施中西医治疗，对比观察两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。 结果 观察组患者呃逆消失时间为(2.32±0.61)d，与对照组(4.42±1.23)d比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为94.74%，与对照组的84.21%比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率为7.89%，与对照组的18.41%比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗脑卒中顽固性呃逆疗效显著。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on intractable hiccup after stroke.
