    [摘要] 为培养优秀青年医师，使其具有坚实理论基础，较高的临床能力和学术造诣，增强医院核心竞争力。筆者医院于2017年选拔了30人进入“优秀青年医师培养计划”，培训至2020年，为期三年。培养计划从制订制度、选拔、培训和考核等方面进行一些探索和实践，在组织、制度和经费上对青年医师的成长给予大力支持。同时，医院随机选择30名青年医师作为对照组，只参加医院和科室常规诊疗和培训活动，不参加此次培训计划。一系列培训结束后，进入“优秀青年医师培养计划”的医师在新技术、科研立项、成果转化、发表论文、学历提升和获得荣誉方面均明显优于对照组，取得了较好的成绩。“优秀青年医师培养计划”激励了青年医师科研和临床能力的创造性和主观能动性，最终促进了医院的学科建设和人才储备。
