    [摘要] 阿司匹林因其抗血小板特性以及扩张血管的作用被广泛应用于产科一些疾病当中，国内外多项报道已经说明在怀孕期间使用小剂量阿司匹林是安全的，不会引起严重的母胎并发症。目前国内外报道称在孕早期使用小剂量阿司匹林可以预防有高危因素的孕妇子痫前期的发生，但小剂量阿司匹林于子痫前期治疗中的作用还需要大样本对照试验进一步研究证实。小剂量阿司匹林在因血栓性因素导致的反复性流产中疗效也得到肯定，而在胎儿生长受限、妊娠期糖尿病及妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征方面还需进一步研究。本文通过阿司匹林的作用机制，从而探讨其于反复性流产、胎儿宫内发育迟缓、子痫前期、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征、妊娠期糖尿病中的作用依据及效果，并对国内外研究进展进行分析总结。

    [Abstract] Aspirin has been widely used in some obstetrical diseases due to its antiplatelet properties and vasodilatation. A number of reports at home and abroad have shown that the use of low-dose aspirin during pregnancy is safe and will not cause serious maternal and fetal complications. At present， it has been reported at home and abroad that the use of low-dose aspirin in early pregnancy can prevent the occurrence of preeclampsia in pregnant women with high risk factors， but the role of low-dose aspirin in the treatment of preeclampsia needs to be further confirmed by large-sample controlled trials.
