    摘 要：食品质量安全与人们的饮食健康息息相关。随着人们生活品质的提升，人们对食品质量安全的关注度越来越高。目前，我国食品质量安全检测及监督工作中仍存在诸多问题，需进一步完善与提升。因此，加强对食品质量安全检测和监督工作的分析与研究，针对现阶段存在的问题提出改进措施，在一定程度上有利于全面把控食品的质量安全。
