五倍子酯提物抗流感病毒诱导的小鼠急性肺损伤作用机制(3)
值得注意的是,奥司他韦对流感病毒感染小鼠后导致的急性肺损伤在第2、3天干预效果明显,可能是奥司他韦对流感病毒神经氨酸酶特异性靶点治疗发挥了重要作用。而五倍子酯提物在第5、6天效果明显,是否是五倍子酯提物在时效关系的作用下发挥对机体有宏观调控或多靶点治疗作用,值得进一步探究。
