    〔摘要〕 目的 以医疗服务为研究背景，探究患者疾病感知水平在患者信任的前因和结果中的差别化作用。方法 使用multigroup结构方程模型，对1 758名患者的问卷调查数据进行分析。结果 在医疗服务接受过程中，对于疾病感知水平较高的患者，情感因素对患者信任有更大的积极影响。此外，疾病感知水平正向调节了患者信任对患者积极口碑行为倾向的关系，但对患者信任和寻找第二方建议行为倾向关系的调节作用不显著。结论 医院管理者在改善医患关系，提高患者积极口碑行为倾向过程中，需要结合患者疾病感知水平差异，有针对性地培育患者认知信任和情感信任。
