    〔摘要〕 探析曾普华教授从“癌毒致虚”论治胃癌的学术经验。基于“癌毒致虚”理论，曾普华教授提出，胃癌治疗以解毒抗癌、扶正固本为基本原则，以益胃消积饮为基础方，分期论治，辨证施治。早期以解毒抗癌为主，扶正固本为辅;中期扶正固本与解毒抗癌并重;晚期以扶正固本为主，解毒抗癌为辅。此外，注重中西协同、全程管理、心身同治、药食同疗，在临床取得一定疗效。
