    〔摘要〕 子宫内膜异位症是一种激素依赖性疾病，已成为妇科及生殖医学科的难题，长期困扰女性，严重影响了育龄期妇女的生活质量。中医学认为血瘀是本病的基本病机，在治疗上当着重选择活血化瘀类中药。综合2016年至2021年国内外相关文献资料，从下调炎症因子的相对表达、诱导异位内膜细胞凋亡、抑制血管生成、调节肠道菌群、免疫调节等方面阐明活血化瘀类中药治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用途径及靶点，使其作用机制得到更全面的揭示。
