    〔摘要〕 高等学校教师教学能力是高质量课堂教学的根本保证，并严重影响高等学校人才培养质量。通过对高等中医药院校教师教学能力的现状分析，针对目前教师教学能力提升培训模式的困境，指出自主学习和教学反思是教师教学能力提升的首要前提，认为健全的管理考核制度是教师教学能力提升培训模式成功的重要保障，提出积极开展“互联网+”教师培训模式是提升教师教学能力的发展路径。教师教学能力提升培训应开放教师网络在线学习平台，实现教师教学能力提升的传统培训模式和“互联网+”教师培训模式的有机结合。
