    〔摘要〕 妇科千金片/胶囊在治疗妇科疾病的中成药领域享有盛誉。近10年来，国内医药工作者对妇科千金片/胶囊的基础药学和临床应用进行了大量研究，结果发现妇科千金片/胶囊具有抑菌、抗炎、镇痛、补益气血、提高免疫力等作用。临床单独应用或联合其他药物应用能治疗急慢性妇科炎症、气滞血瘀型原发性痛经等症，疗效确切，市场前景良好，已列入国家中药标准化提高项目。本文对妇科千金片/胶囊及原药材的化学成分、质量控制、现代药理作用和临床应用进行综述，为其进一步的开发和利用提供参考。
