【摘要】目的 观察异位妊娠应用药物保守治疗的临床效果,并观察护理方法,以积累经验,指导临床工作。方法 对我院2008年1月至2009年12月收治的异位妊娠患者(共96例),应用米非司酮和天花粉汤剂进行治疗。治疗后进行B超检查,并监测血液和尿液中人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的含量(每周2次)。患者全程进行规范护理。结果 经规范治疗及护理后,治愈89例,占92.71%,无效7例,占7.29%。结论 异位妊娠患者可以采用保守疗法,但是要注意用药的具体方法及合理监测,同时加强护理至关重要。

    The clinical observation and nursing by conservative treatment in ectopic pregnancy

    【Abstract】 Objective observe the ectopic pregnancy using drugs conservative treatment,and observe the clinical effect of rursing methods,to accumulate experience,clinical guidance work.methods A totel January 2008 to December 2009,drug-induced ectopic pregnancy patients(altogether 96),applied mifepristone influences and TianHuaFen treatmentresult treatment.After treatment for B ultrasonic examination and monitor blood and urine middleman human chorionic gonadotropin(beta HCG)content(2 times per week).Patients to regulate the whole nursing.Results through standardized treatment and rursing,after cure 89 cases auounting for 92.71%,invalid 7 cases.accounting for 7.29%.Conclusion ectopic preginancy.patients can use conservative therapy,but should notice the concrete method and rational drug monitoring,while strengthening nursing is very important. ......
