彩色多普勒超声对小腿肌间静脉丛血栓的诊断价值

【摘要】目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断小腿肌间静脉丛血栓中的价值。方法对103例可疑下肢深静脉血栓患者行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察下肢静脉血管管径、血栓回声特征及血流情况。结果超声诊断43例小腿肌间静脉丛血栓,经临床溶栓后复查得到证实,高频彩超可以显示血栓累及的范围、阻塞程度及治疗后复通情况。结论彩色多普勒超声能够及时准确诊断小腿肌间静脉丛血栓。
