摘要：目的：探讨解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨髁部骨折的临床疗效。方法：收集了近5年年股骨髁部骨折手术的治疗病例，随机的访40例不同的钢板内固定术后的疗效。其中应用解剖型锁定钢板和普通钢板固定的病例均是20例。对治疗效果和后期愈合进行评价。结果：使用锁定钢板固定术后松动率低，创伤小且骨愈合率高。结论：应用解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨远髁部骨折的疗效要优于普通钢板治疗股骨髁部骨折，是目前治疗股骨髁部骨折的有效方法之一。

    Abstract: objective: to study the treatment of dissection type locking plate femoral condyles fracture of the clinical curative effect. Methods: collected nearly 3 year femoral condyles fracture surgical treatment cases, random visit 40 cases of different plate fixation postoperative outcomes. Which applied anatomy type locking plate and ordinary plate fixation of cases are 20 cases. For therapeutic effect and later healing evaluation. Results: use locked-plate fracture-fixation postoperative loose rate is low, small trauma and bone healing rate is high.
