Carisolv技术治疗乳牙龋病的临床应用与评价(1)

【摘要】目的 比较和评价Carisolv法和车针法治疗乳牙龋病的疗效价值。方法 选择年龄6～10岁,双侧同名乳磨牙中、深龋患者,共135颗患牙。同一患者一侧为传统车针法去龋充填,一侧为Carisolv法去龋充填。比较2种方法去腐时间、患者接受程度、充填体脱落及继发龋发生情况。结果 Carisolv法中、深龋去腐所需时间分别为(12.3±4.2)min和(2l.3±5.2)min优于传统车针法。1年后复查,观察修复体的情况。结论 Carisolv去龋时患儿疼痛程度明显减轻,但去龋时间略长于牙钻去龋,多数患儿倾向于Carisolv去龋。Carisolv修复术后的继发龋率并未增加。
