宫腹腔镜下微创治疗子宫肌瘤的临床研究

【摘要】目的 探讨宫腹腔镜下微创治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 将我院2008年7月至2010年7月收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组与治疗组。结果 治疗组的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均少于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义，P<0.05;2组的术中剔除肌瘤个数、重量及并发症比较差异无统计学意义，P>0.05。结论 宫腹腔镜下微创治疗子宫肌瘤效果优于传统的腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术，值得在临床中推广应用。
