【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜下切除原发性鼻中隔良性肿瘤的临床经验。方法 对1998年3月至2009年8月住院鼻内镜下手术治疗的23例鼻中隔良性肿瘤患者临床资料进行分析。结果 23例均获根治,无并发症发生,随访1～5年未见肿瘤复发。结论 鼻内镜下切除原发性鼻中隔良性肿瘤效果较好。

    Endoscopic surgery for primary nasal septal neoplasms

    【Abstract】 objective To study the clinical exrerience with the surgical treatment of primary nasal septal neoplasms.Methods 23 cases of primary nasal septal neoplasms were treated by endoscopic surgery in our department from march 1998 to august 2009.Results There were no complications during followed-up for 1 to 5 years in these patients.Conclusion Resection of primary nasas septal neoplasms under endoscopic is more practical for the treatment of this kind of lesion with better outcome.
