2006年至2008年我院口服抗高血压药应用分析

【摘要】 目的 评价我院常用口服抗高血压药临床应用状况及发展趋势。方法 采用排序法对2006年至2008年抗高血压类药物的销售金额、用药频度进行回顾性统计分析。结果 钙拮抗药和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药销售金额各年均排前2位,用量逐年大幅增长;单品种排序卡托普利各年均居首位;缬沙坦现由2006年排序第6位上升到2008年第2位。结论 我院抗高血压药的应用结构基本合理,符合抗高血压用药原则。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the application and trend of development of the anti-hypertensive drugs in the common clinical. Methods Ranking methods were used for 2006 to 2008 anti-hypertensive drugs sales amount, frequency to get a statistically analyzed result.Results Calcium antagonists resistance and angiotensin receptor antagonist Ⅱ ranking the top two places on average;the dosage substantially grows by year; captopril ranking top in the single varieties;Losartan ranking the second in the year 2008,compared with the sixth in the year 2006 ......
