【摘要】  目的探讨剖宫产胎儿娩出困难原因及处理措施。方法回顾性分析2008年6月至2010年6月在我院产科进行剖宫产胎儿娩出困难的病例120例,分析其胎儿分出困难的原因,总结其处理方法。结果该组产妇娩出困难的主要有:胎头高浮40例,占33.4%;麻醉效果不佳15例,占12.5%;医源性取胎困难15例,占12.5%;巨大儿12例,占10.3%。术中根据不同原因采取不同的措施,新生儿均安全娩出,其中2例重度窒息新生儿经治疗后均痊愈出院。结论术前应对胎儿娩出的难易程度进行评估,正确处理剖宫产术中娩出胎儿困难,确保剖宫产的成功。

    【Abstract】 Objectivecesarean section because the baby is delivered and treatment difficult.MethodsA retrospective analysis from June 2008 to June 2010 were cesarean section in our hospital obstetric cases the baby is delivered 120 cases difficult to analyze the reasons for the difficulties of fetal ceded to summarize the treatment.ResultsThe groups were difficult parturition are:high-floating fetal head in 48 cases,40.0%;anesthesia ineffective in 15 cases,12.5%;iatrogenic difficulties fetus in 15 cases,12.5%; great children,13 cases 10.8%.Surgery according to different measures for different reasons,newborn safely delivered,of which 2 cases of severe neonatal asphyxia were cured after treatment.ConclusionPreoperative fetus should assess the degree of difficulty of correctly handling the difficult cesarean section in the expulsion of the fetus to ensure the success of cesarean section. ......
