【摘要】 目的比较2种方法检测血糖结果有无差异。方法对110例糖尿病患者,先后采用血糖仪和全血生化分析仪测定空腹血糖和早餐后2h血糖,对其结果进行比较分析。结果血糖仪检测空腹血糖和早餐后2h血糖结果稍高于生化仪检测结果(P>0.05)。结论采用正确的快速血糖仪检测方法可准确的反映出血浆中真实的血糖水平。
