【摘要】 目的探讨米索前列醇用于产后出血的临床疗效。 方法选择我院正常足月妊娠,且无米索前列醇禁忌的阴道分娩的产妇120例,随机分为2组,每组各60例。实验组为米索前列醇宫腔内给药,对照组为单纯缩宫素给药,对比2组临床疗效。 结果2组临床疗效比较,实验组与对照组对预防产后出血差异有显著性(P<0.01),2组病例产妇血压无明显变化,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醇宫腔内给药法可有效减少剖宫产术中、术后出血量,且副反应少,对血压无明显影响。
