【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤标志物在乳腺癌化疗前后的监测价值。方法采用化学发光法测定38例乳腺癌患者化疗前后的血清CEA和CAl25水平。结果血清CEA和CAl25的水平变化与乳腺癌患者化疗的临床疗效关系密切,疗效越好,其水平下降越明显,前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CEA和CAl25可较好地监测乳腺癌化疗疗效,两者联检将提高乳腺癌化疗的监测效果。
