尿结石临床治疗方法探讨

【摘要】 目的分析上尿结石的临床治疗方法,探讨临床治疗中有效的治疗方法的选择。方法将2008年6月至2010年9月126例患者分为观察组和对照组各63例,对照组口服自拟排石汤;观察组在此基础上口服枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒和注射黄体酮。结果观察组的治愈率、显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组的无效率明显低于对照组,2组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟排石汤结合枸橼酸氢钾钠颗粒和注射黄体酮治疗尿结石效果优于单独用自拟排石汤的治疗效果,且无明显不良反应。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical treatment of urinary stones,the clinical treatment of effective treatment options.
