【摘要】 目的探讨我院新生儿疾病的筛查与护理体会,促进筛查工作顺利进行。方法分析我院2007年至2010年10月每年筛查情况及护理体会。结果活产新生儿11172名,共筛查10009名,筛查出PKU4例,CH26例,得到了及时复筛,避免了疾病的发生。结论新生儿疾病的筛查与护理在新生儿疾病筛查工作中起着重要的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective Discussion on the neonatal screening in our hospital and nursing.They are promoting the smooth progress of screening.Methods Analyzed our hospital from 2007 to October 2010 screening cases per year and nursing.Results11172 cases of live births;10009 cases were screened.Screening out PKU 4 cases,CH2 6 cases and the screening in a timely manner to avoid the disease.Conclusion Neonatal screening and neonatal screening in the work of care plays an important role.

新生儿疾病筛查是指在新生儿期对某些危害严重的先天性疾病、遗传性出生缺陷病进行普查。筛查项目包括“先天性甲状腺功能低下(CH)”和“苯丙酮尿症(PKU)”。通过早期诊断、早期治疗可避免或减少智能残疾,提高出生人口健康素质,而规范的护理显得尤为重要,它是保障筛查质量的关键 ......
