2种内固定方法治疗TossyⅢ度肩锁关节脱位疗效分析, ,肩锁关节脱位锁骨钩钢板克氏针张力带

     【摘要】  目的比较锁骨钩钢板与克氏针加张力带钢丝内固定治疗TossyⅢ度肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法选择2000年至2009年,因TossyⅢ度肩锁关节脱位住院手术治疗的病人59例,35例采用克氏针张力带内固定,24例采用锁骨钩钢板内固定。结果59例全部随访,随访时间平均11个月。锁骨钩钢板内固定组优良率100%,优于克氏针张力带组的71.4%。结论采用锁骨钩钢板固定肩锁关节脱位固定可靠、成功率高、符合生物力学要求,术后功能康复快,优于克氏针钢丝张力带固定,是目前最优良的固定方法。
