【摘要】 目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效与安全性。方法选择86例原发性高血压患者,每日口服厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片(含厄贝沙坦150mg氢氯噻嗪12.5mg),疗程4周,比较治疗前后患者血压变化情况,并观察总体疗效与不良反应情况。结果治疗组43例患者经厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗后,显效占53.49%,有效占34.88%,无效占11.63%,总有效率为88.37%。43例患者的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于治疗前。结论厄贝沙坦治疗原发性高血压相对安全、有效,值得推广应用。
