骨间背侧动脉岛状皮瓣修复手背皮肤缺损25例临床观察

【摘要】 目的研究骨间背侧动脉岛状皮瓣修复手背皮肤缺损的手术方法和效果。方法采用将岛状皮瓣的血管蒂改良筋膜血管蒂修复手背皮肤缺损25例。结果25例岛状皮瓣全部存活。随访8个月～4年,皮瓣色泽基本能够与邻近皮肤相同,局部平坦而且质地较软,手指与手掌功能正常,效果满意。结论应用改进后的骨间背侧动脉岛状皮瓣修复手背皮肤缺损,既不牺牲前臂主要血管,皮瓣成活率高,而且手术安全、简便,适宜广泛推广。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the dorsal interosseous artery island flap in the dorsal skin defects of surgical methods and results. Methods The improvement of vascular pedicle island flap vascularized fascia dorsal skin defect repair in 25 cases.ResultsAll 25 cases of flap survival.Followed up from 8 months to 4 years,the flap of skin color can basically the same as with the neighboring, local flat and soft texture of the fingers and palm of the hand function properly,the effect is satisfactory ......
