对临床护士静脉留置针安全知识调查分析

【摘要】 目的 了解临床护士对留置针使用过程中安全知识的掌握。方法 采用问卷调查法,以某三级甲等医院的临床护士为研究对象。结果 护士在留置针操作技术上掌握高达95%～100%,护士在留置针使用的相关基础知识方面缺乏,留置针的护理方面存在较大的问题60%～75%,护士在静脉输液操作中受到传染血液疾病的巨大危险知识掌握尽为8%～60%。结论 对留置针的相关知识要进行系统全面的学习,加强护士职业安全教育及培训,提高自我防护意识,确保护士的职业安全保护。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the grasping of security in using remaining needle by clinical nurses.Methods Hy questionnaire survey,the clinical nurses of some sanjia hospital as subjects.Results Mastering of the remaining needle using reached 95% to 100%,but lacking of the basic knowledge of the remaining needle, about 60% to 75% of the nurses have problems in the observation and nursing the remaining needle; about 8% to 60% of the nurses grasped the knowledge of the great danger of infected by blood diseases in process of IV.Conclusion Making a systematic study of the remaining needle, strengthening the occupational safety education and training, and increasing the awareness of self-protection of nurses, to ensure the safe of the nurses ......
