经胃镜下异物取出术的临床护理配合分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨消化道异物经胃镜下取出术的临床配合。方法 回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的2009年6月至2010年12月在我院耳鼻喉科住院行胃镜消化道异物取出术的患者46例,对其术中的护理配合措施进行分析。结果 经胃镜下异物取出术的临床护理配合,异物取出成功率达95.65%(44/46),其中2例患者因鱼刺嵌顿与食管中断,行胃镜联合支气管镜取出异物,无并发症发生。结论 经胃镜取出消化道异物是一种安全、创伤少、有效、成功率高的治疗手段,严密的术中配合能提高有利于保证手术的效果。
