【摘要】 目的 探讨胃癌根治术后肠内营养的护理体会。方法 回顾性分析43例胃癌根治术后肠内营养护理及并发症。结果 术后2～4d恢复肠道功能,营养状况得到改善。43例患者出现腹泻7例、鼻肠管堵塞3例、鼻肠管脱落1例,经精心护理后均痊愈。结论 胃癌根治术后患者进行肠内营养,安全、简便、经济,满足了患者的营养需求。加强肠内营养的护理,预防、减少鼻饲过程中的并发症,是保证肠内营养顺利进行的重要条件。

    The Nursing Experience of Enteral Nutrion After Radical Surgery

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the experience of enteral nutrition for gastric cancer patients after radical surgery.Methods To analyze enteral nutrition nursing and complications (a second disease also taking place) for 43 gastric cancer patients after radical surgery.Results To recover the intestinal function after 2～4 days and nutritional status is improved.43 patients with diarrhea in 7 cases. Three cases of nasal intestinal have blockage.In addition,1 patient’s nose and intestinal fall off.All patients to be fully recovered after intensive care.Conclusion Patients carry enteral nutrition out after gastrectomy.It is safe,easy and affordable.Patients’ nutritional needs are satisfied. Enhanced enteral nutrition care, prevention,reduce complications during nasal,All of the above are the important conditions to ensure the smooth progress of enteral nutrition. ......
