【摘要】 目的 通过对结核性脑膜炎患儿的分析,探讨护理对策。方法 对25例结脑患儿全面的观察与护理,收到了满意的效果。结果 25例经过积极治疗和整体化的护理,22例症状消失,脑脊液化验正常,3例死亡。结论 加强对结核性脑膜炎患儿的观察，早期规范的治疗和整体化护理,是提高治愈率,降底病死率的关键。
