血小板单采术治疗血小板增多症疗效和血液流变学探讨

【摘要】目的：观察采用血小板单采去除术对各种血小板异常增多患者临床疗效和治疗前后血液粘滞度变化。方法：使用德国费森尤斯血细胞分离机对各种原因引起血小板患者进行血小板单采去除，观察采后患者血小板计数变化，治疗前后临床症状和血液粘滞度变化。结果：采集后患者血小板明显下降后粘滞度降低，临床症状缓解，统计学有显著意义。结论：采用费森尤斯血细胞分离机，应用血小板单采去除能安全有效治疗异常血小板增多，不良反应较轻微。
